A fitness system designed to reshape and re-educate your body, to strengthen your mind-body connection, and to create long, lean muscles, and strong, flexible joints.

Stretch & Strong Pilates
Ideal for those over 50 with no Pilates experience, this Pilates class at Eastburn Fitness Centre will help you maintain your flexibility and mobility, and develop stronger supporting muscles to protect joints.
Beginners mat-work exercises, with alternative standing exercises at the barre for those who prefer not to use the mat.

Body Conditioning
Tone up, get strong, and feel great. Work all the major muscles groups with weights resistance training.
Sculpt & Tone - resistance training using free weights and bodyweight exercises to build muscle tone and strength. Tone up and feel great. At Eastburn Fitness Centre, near Steeton.
