Welcome to classes by Fitness with Wendy Hall in January 2022.

All of my classes are currently pay as you go - no block booking or long-term commitment required.

You can secure a space at a class half an hour before it starts. Great if you have a busy life, competing demands, or simply like to be spontaneous!

Or you can choose to book all classes for the month ahead in advance. Ideal if you like to know you’ve a spot in your preferred sessions (some do get full quite quickly!), like to feel organised, or practice that elusive thing and make “me time” appointments in your weekly schedule!

I also offer Solo (one to one) or Duo (two to one) exercise sessions to focus solely on your fitness needs. These can be Pilates-based, free weight and body conditioning, Low Impact Interval Training - or a suitable, relevant mixture of all formats.

I offer these Solo and Duo sessions at facilities in Eastburn nr Steeton, or Skipton. Or I can come to your home.

Prices start at £20 per hour, and include a print out of our weekly programme, plus recommended sessions for you to complete at your own pace. All completely tailored to your fitness level, health and strength goals, and a realistic assessment of the time you can commit to your sessions.
